I had a great experience using this service when I was moving, easy to set up account and change gate code when needed. The yard was cleared of snow and easy to get to my unit with a truck and trailer. Nice and clean storage units I will recommend to anyone looking for storage space.

Great people to work with, very easy to set up the account and excellent access to the storage unit for our trailer. Efficient access into the storage facility and very well taken care of yard. Highly recommend the Mini Mall Storage to anyone looking for additional storage for any of their items!

Update: they were prompt in resolving the issue.
Rented a parking spot in their yard online, paid for it, but when I got there the gate code they gave me didn’t work. They have one phone number online, a different one on their big sign in front of their gate, and yet another different one on their gate. Tried calling all three of them, they all have the automated recordings on them. Didn’t matter what I pressed, couldn’t get a human on the phone. Not impressed.
