It's been more than a year since I used mini-mall storage, and it has been a great experience. From the very beginning and transferring location, Arlene is the most outstanding and helpful in all aspects of customer service. Arlene is knowledgeable and has exceeded my expectations. This storage has proven its safety and maintained very well with its staff.. highly recommended and look for arlene for assistance

Judie was super friendly and walked me thru entire process of getting my appointment to see if i was ok with the storage i wanted to rent. She was clear with all the instruction and information she gave me was update and all understandable. Really happy with the service.
